Uday also assists Jeavio’s portfolio companies with organizational structuring, fund raising strategies, fiscal planning, business modeling, service costing and pricing, regulatory compliance and other aspects crucial for the success of an early stage company. In a career that spans more than 30 years, Uday has played a wide variety of roles. This includes leading service costing and cost optimization function for SaaS business operations at CA technologies; managing infrastructure operations and business integrations for Nimsoft, a unit of CA Technologies; spearheading three major M&A transactions involving recapitalization, divestiture and an merger; raising $60M+ in venture capital from industry leading VC firms and setting up and managing a software development center in India as CFO of InteQ Corporation. What you didn’t know… In the earliest part of his career, Uday built a fully functional computerized accounting system for Spectoms, an engineering company, where he spent 10+ years as a finance and operations executive. His passion for coding continues today in building complex excel models. His other interests includes listening to music, photography, exploring history and mentoring.
