Kumar Metlapalli is the founder and CEO of Kuberre Systems, an innovative solution provider to capital markets with two flagship products – Kuberre EDM and Hosted Security Master. Kumar has over 20 years of experience dealing with all aspects financial vertical solutions, including Enterprise Data Management (integration, consolidation, and data quality), Portfolio Construction, Performance Attribution, Risk Analysis, and Algorithmic Trading strategies. In the enterprise data management space Kumar and his team have helped build not only investment data warehouses for some of the major buy side clients, but also extended the architecture to support a comprehensive investment management portal with sophisticated analytical tools that could serve the complete life cycle of asset management process. Prior to founding Kuberre, Kumar has been part of technology & quantitative groups at Putnam Investments and a Vice President at Wellington Management. Kumar holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunications, a Master’s in Computer Science and holds a US patent in the area of high performance computing platforms.
