Tanvir Mangat is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy, business development, and innovation within the healthcare sector in addition to other industries. He is currently a Vice President of Growth Strategy for Premise Health, the country's leading provider of direct healthcare services. Previously, he was with the Enterprise Strategy and Business Development team at CVS Health. In addition, he has been Chief Strategy Officer at Sinai Health System Chicago which is an ~800 bed system serving a catchment area of more than 1M patients on Chicago's South and West Sides. He led the development of a new strategy, formed various new strategic partnerships, and led several new digital marketing initiatives, including the launch of a new brand. Prior to Sinai, Tanvir was a Senior Director of the innovation team at Walgreen Co., where he oversaw the development of several new healthcare business model. Tanvir also was one of the founders and helped oversee Walgreens $150M venture fund and managed several relationships with venture firms and portfolio companies. Prior to Walgreens, Tanvir worked as Principal for Strategos, a boutique strategy/innovation consultancy founded by Gary Hamel and served several global Fortune 100 clients in the development of their respective growth strategies. Tanvir also worked with other leading companies and consultancies including Arthur Andersen, where he was a Manager. Tanvir has a MA in International Finance from the University of Chicago where he was a Woodrow Wilson Fellow and a BA in Economics from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.
