Between 2000 and 2015 I led research, publishing, and training activities at Palladium Group (and Balanced Scorecard Collaborative). I consulted with client organizations and was the chief methodologist in the use of the Kaplan & Norton Balanced Scorecard. I am certified in the use of this methodology and frequently led the delivery of Certification Boot Camps. In these roles I worked closely with Drs. Robert Kaplan and David Norton to advance the practice of strategy management.
